While most villas have their own background, fencing and gates, Umm Suqeim is not a gated community. Which just means that villas are next to each other, but do not need special entrances and exits.

Parking is also very limited in the area, most cars must park within the property and if they don’t fit, you’ll have to park your car at the side of the house near the RTA parking zones on the beachside road.

However, most amenities and facilities are within a walking distance from one another.

Jumeirah Beach and Kite Beach are also just a few walking distances from most locations in the UAE and give the properties an added value in the real estate market.

Properties in the area are also very safe thanks to close Police headquarters and police roaming the area at different times during the days and nights, which is reassuring for families and parents.
