Anyone on Du unable to browse the Internet? Had to resort to tethering on the (Etisalat) iPhone. Wondering if the DNS is down or if it's just me?

HilsB thanks for the external router tip, that has done the trick!!! :) Yay!! I can imagine the service provider's phone systems flooded with calls today and the technicians which come out usually just flick that switch (if they ever arrive.... say 6 weeks later :) ) <em>edited by hilsbils on 20/10/2012</em>

It is driving me bonkers! Ours is ok for a few minutes after resetting the router but then stops again. Suppose I should tell DH it is not his fault after all and stop shouting at him. :D

Not being tech-savvy, I had no means of logging on last night to see if anyone else was suffering from the same problem. Hilsbils, the main router resetting occurred to me, but the strange thing was the internet radios were working quite happily. Didn't even think of trying the TV, that's how much we watch it :)

it's been a nightmare - no EW and no online games! :D I could get on Warcraft no problem, just browsing was not possible - maybe you play different online games! Back up now though it seems.

When the main service goes down, we always have to climb into the ceiling space to reset the main router which feeds to our smaller box router indoors- so if anyone is still offline (maybe reading this on phone?) be sure to find the main box and reset it. <em>edited by hilsbils on 19/10/2012</em>
