Pros al zeina: apartments look bigger, specially living room. Big balconies with see-through glass. Huge private beach, access only with cards. Supermarket waitrose in the building. There will be other cafes, restaurants. Easier to find parking space if you have a 2 nd car. Cons: plane noise&car racing, but residents told me that they don't hear it when they are indoors. You have to get your own kitchen appliance. Pros al muneera: kitchen with appliance. There will be some retail shops. Laminat floor in the apartment. Nice for kids. Cons: parking for 2 nd car. Balcony glass is non- transparent. plane noise& car racing similar to al zeina.
