Any miscarriage support out there?

I am moving to Abu Dhabi in a few weeks from California and I have just suffered a miscarriage. I was so excited to explore the city as a pregnant person and get ready for the baby but that will not be my experience after all. I see there is a pregnancy meetup but I am wondering if there is any kind of support group for women dealing with fertility issues. We had done an IVF so I will be looking into doing a new IVF cycle when we arrive. Anybody have any experience with this who is willing to meet up with a newbie like me?
