Every time one of these new diets appears I shake my head and wonder why I have not come up with one and made a fortune. What exactly is it that people who want to lose weight don’t understand? Just how many overweight people have you ever seen in starving areas of Africa or grotty prisons in the world? Eat what you wish but eat less and exercise, its not rocket science.

Hi, I am a type B and try to adhere to the "diet" as much as practical, although it really is not a diet as it goes across the entire gamut of foodstuff. The effects are quite subtle. It does not say, for instance, that you cannot eat whatever is negative for your blood type, but if you do carefully watch (and listen to) your body and how you feel, you might notice that when often/regularly eating your "negative" foods [b'>you will not feel as good as you could[/b'>[i'>[/i'>. As mentioned in one of the earlier comments, there also is a marked improvement in ones energy level. Works for me... I sure do feel the difference.
