Anyway to sort this out without having to go to the DEWA office? Can you contact them online or call them to change the bill?

You can try but I doubt you will have much luck without actually going in to their head office. I don't know how many times I logged complaints over the phone and nothing ever got done. Even going to their head office for 4 months to sort the same complaint we ended up giving up and just paying the bill because we were sick of being disconnected! They charged us incorrectly and wouldn't budge on it even though we had our meter replaced, independent testing done to say there were no water leaks etc. Good luck!!

Where are you located? There is a new small DEWA office at the bottom of Building 8 in Disco Gardens that is never very busy.

Yes you can try.... not sure how much luck you will have though! I find the only way to deal with them is to sit in front of them and refuse tomove until things are sorted. I crying DD normally speeds along the process :)
