Plenty of wine bars will serve wine by the glass from bottles opened far longer than that, go for it, have a glass and relax!

How long does it keep for after opening? Have just noticed a bottle that was open about 2 weeks ago, has been kept closed.....it tastes "ok" but is it really safe to drink? Or shall I just plan a spag Bol tomorrow nite :\:
