Actually, I think that anything which makes you actually THINK about what, or how much you are eating, is the real key factor, whtehr it's restricting certain foods , counting calories or even food combining - it interupts the fatal link between hand and mouth!

It has been debunked regularly in nearly every reputable medical and scientific publication.
There are people who swear it's helped them, but in all honesty, wouldn't any diet, no matter its basis, if it involved monitoring and controlling one's food intake?
