Hi Ladies

18 weeks along and thought I would hit the sales last night to take advantage of discounts. For those interested might be nice to post your reviews of the sales here to share gems and save us all time and dirhams. Here's what I came across at Dubai Mall:

Mamas & Papas - 25% off a 3 piece package consisting of a pram/stroller, car seat and bag: Found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Helped us find the right pram for us which we should get three years out of. Car seat fits into the pram. The third piece, although it was advertised as a baby bag, they actually let us have a car seat adapter - bonus! In total, we saved over 1,500 dirhams on this package than if we were to buy the items separately. M&Ps also has a good portion of baby clothes on sale as well as maternity wear. However, I found their maternity wear items limited in range and sizes.

Destination Maternity - If you need a pair of maternity jeans, worth a visit. Got myself a pair of gorgeous Mavi jeans for 125 dirhams!!! Reduced from close to 800 dirhams. Otherwise they have a sale on casual type maternity wear, work trousers and bras (big sizes only). Overall, decent discounts but range is limited and available sizes tended to be on the larger size.

Mothercare - loads on sale at this store including equipment such as breast bumps, strollers, play pens and baby clothes. Maternity clothes on sale too but tend to be all large sizes.

Chicco - very little on sale, mainly baby clothes and not equipment. Found this store quite expensive compared to the others.

Premaman - sale generally limited to baby clothes and some maternity clothes. Equipment not on sale.

Top Shop - Huge sale throughout the store and many loose items which you can wear in pregnancy. Their maternity selection is not on sale but there is a new rack of maternity trousers/pants.

Enjoy!
