I buy mine at Homes R Us at the Mazaya shopping center (near Safestway) or at Index downstairs at the Dubai Mall. Good selection and not too $$$.

The ones in Ikea are reasonably priced but not good quality - the inner fill separates very quickly and don't have much padding to use at your back. If they are only for decoration then they would be fine. The best ones I have ever bought are from Pottery Barn, you can choose between dacron fill or down, expensive but worth it.
