I was evicted from my home after a sheikh threatened to shoot my dogs. I now have to leave the country and cannot take them with me

Please, please if you can adopt or foster one or both of these beautiful animals for 6 months until i can afford to ship them back to the UK you would be saving their lives

Wadi is a 5 year old blonde, desert dog originally from K9 friends. She is the most loyal and loving animal, but not always good with other dogs and children. Shamal is a 1 year old saluki cross, he loves everyone and everything. I have to leave the country and can't take them with me. I am desperate to find them a home, it breaks my hert to leave them, i love them so much.

Thankyou

This is a plea for help to find the dogs a home. The OP has not named anyone and the assumptions that are being made are false. She simply answered a question that someone asked about why the dogs need a home. I hope that this can continue in the purpose that it is intended. To find a nice, loving home for 2 dogs that through not fault of their or their owner are in need. Thank you *occasionally escaped * I think is the issue that caused the problem.

Why not say 'influential'? The family wasn't mentioned until you brought it up. Now we all know.

Personally, I find that writing about the ruling family on a forum that everyone can read, in a derogatory way (that will be their interpretation) when there are advertisers to think of too, is a little bit foolish. I wish you well with the dogs, and was only trying to help you, not give you a hard time.

Sanddy_dog- thankyou so much for your help with this, i'm so grateful :-) basically, i lived in the desert alone with my 2 gorgeous dogs and my puppy occasionally escaped and ran around the nearby desert near ******* farm. One of his gazelles was bitten and he accused my puppy (he runs away from kittens!) anyway, will be and he accused me and said i had to remove them immediatly or he would be round to my home in the morning with a gun and shoot both my dogs. My company who I worked for out there? Horrified that I had been threatebed? nope :-( sided with ... albeit after an e-mail stating what i thought of him (damn you inner monologue not working!) edited by fishface on 15/02/2011 I really, and I mean realllllllllllllly think that you should edit that.

They are both absolutely beautiful and this type of story breaks my heart. I SOOO hope you find somewhere for them to stay and soooo wish I could help :( My biggest regret living here is I can't keep pets (apartment living and both DH & I out for a min of 12 hrs a day at work). Praying that one day I can retire gracefully with menagerie of animals to care for!!!!

I have fostered 10 dogs in the past so I'm hoping it won't be a problem with DH. We were thinking of getting another dog as company for our boy after we lost our retriever a month ago. I have now decided not to adopt another dog while we're in the UAE so we *should* have space.

Dear Sanddy Dog, I am sending some pics across now... he has had all jabs, including rabies so it would be a maximum of 6 months, maybe less has he already had the jabs 8 moths ago. I will pay for everything, i just can't bear the thought of having to have him put down. Thankyou x

Can't promise anything as I have to run it by DH but I may be able to foster him. I have a 6 year old (and an older child) and a dog. Can you send pics to lazylakite @ yahoo . co . uk please?

Shamal was living at a field education centre, constantly surrounded by children- he has never so much as growled in his life. The only thing i would be careful of would be kids less than 4 years old as he jumps up a bit when he's excited... other than that he can take all the tugs, hugs, pats and playing that scores of kids can give him! He loves football!
