Where's best to take guests for dinner

Got guests in town. We want to take them out tomorrow night for a last night supper, but have no idea where to take them. We hardly ever go out ourselves. Only criteria is not British cuisine and not at the fountains. Whilst the fountains are lovely, we have another set of visitors next week who will want to go there and this set saw them earlier in the week! I was thinking one of the beach hotels, perhaps somewhere outside with a nice view. DH not wild on fish, so Pier Chic out. Budget - not really bothered about scrimping too much, But not Burj al Arab prices!!
I've done a search, but can't seem to narrow it down.
