There's been a sudden rush in our house rcently for jacket potatoes! Yummy! Weird, ours too! Fresh organic salmon, garlic and lemon couscous with edamame beans and some beetroot, sliced olive, avocado and red onion side salad.

I'm doing home made chicken goujons (slices of chicken dipped in egg and breadcrumbs and oven baked) and we'll have jacket potatoes. Is that "POSH" chicken nuggets and chips then? LOL What about something "green" to compliment? HA! I thought I was the only one. I feel like you always need a green! I remember my grandmother telling me a plate that was all beigey/brown was a bad idea.
