Green Poo - Smells like Vinegar

Any thoughts ladies!
All of a sudden yesterday evening my DS's poo was green and smelt sharply like vinegar - has anyone else had this. The only change in his diet is that 2 days ago I started him on 1 formula feed per day (using actimal comfort) for me my diet has been exactly the same apart from I (think) I had a dodgy tuna sandwich on Saturday and yesterday I had a cup of chamomile tea, which I have no drank in over a week, oh and I have a bit of a cold...
P.S. he had not done a poo since so cannot tell if it still the same all though his wet nappies seem perfectly fine.
I plan to call the doctors but I just wandered if this has happened to anyone else? My DS is 7,5 weeks old.
