I have small ants in the kitchen which seem to love tuna… and limoncello leftovers… haven't seen those before in Dubai; only during past few weeks. How I could get rid off those? Pest control???

TIA

I think these small reddish ants are called ghost ants. I have them as well, but not very many. I remove them with wet kitchen paper and then don't see them for the next 2-3 days. There is lots of good ideas to get rid of them in here in other treads. I've bought some delicious :-) ant killer boxes to indoor/kitchen, but haven't tried it yet. Since I don't have enough of them......yet.

If they are the very tiny ants that Im thinking of, (the ones tha smell weird when you squash them) then the only way to get rid of them is to get rid of food scraps/crumbs. Because they are so tiny, they creep through even the tiniest holes in the window frames etc. There's no way of stopping them really, however if you do find where they come from you can try to plug the hole with blue tak. I have done this before and it seemed to work.
