Dry Storage for Boat

We have recently purchased a 21ft ski boat and had decided to dry store it in a facility in Al Quoz. Everything seemed to be going so well but the last 2 weeks when we have gone to collect the boat it has not been cleaned and is filthy. To cut a long story short they are claiming this is due to the weather but we have decided to look for somewhere else to store it.
Can anyone suggest where we can dry store this boat?
