Hello Tanya,
I have seen on a different thread you are sponsoring a live-out maid (philipino).
We currently have the "problem" that we have a great part-time helper (but at the moment not sponsored). She works more than part-time and we would like to find a way to make this legal asap.
She is also married and under her husband´s sponsorship. How can we change her to a legal status? How did you do it? I believe her husband doesn´t want that we sponsor her so is there a chance with a labour card?
By any chance do you know the minimum age for philipino maids. I have read it is 30, but can´t believe it as it seems very old for me.
