Hi all,
we have just returned from a 3 wk holiday, between australia and London (via abu dhabi). My 6mth old handled the first flight with ease, sleeping well in the bassinette, and even in London, despite the constant travelling around town. Though, now we are home she has been really unsettled. Her sleep is all over the place and she won't go in her cot anymore. Before the trip she was quite easy to get to sleep, and quite independant... However she has become clingy and teary all the time. I can't even go to the bathroom anymore, though sh was great thru the whole trip.
holiday. Has anyone else had this problem?

My dd has a bit of seperation anxiety at the moment, some days worse than others. May just be her way of re-adjusting from the trip. I would stick to her normal routine and be a bit more cuddly towards her for a few days but not neccesarily picking her up all the time, just talking to her when you leave the room and getting down to her level when she gets upset and pray that it passes. Good luck!

Has anyone else had this problem? it's always hard for the little ones to settle down after a vacation. nevertheless they change their behaviors by time. maybe she got used to being out or in the car.hopefully she will need couple of days to settle down. don't worry she will be back to her quietness as soon as she realize that she is back to her daily routine
