Early morning walks and swims if you have a chilled and shaded pool, running around the mall when it's not too busy, destroying the kid's department in Borders at MOE, Fun Square at Time Square followed by playing with the toys in the toy shop (and hopefully not buying anything), play dates, trips to the supermarket with a McDonalds ice cream afterwards, chasing each other around the house with a piece of string (wondering why we spend so much on toys!), play dough, paddling pool in the garden with a couple of bags of ice in it once the sun goes behind the trees, Mercato Mall has a fairy tale thing going on from 3pm til 7pm, with a little show, story telling, a small maze, colouring in and other arts and crafts all for free (and I saw some people getting goody bags at the show but we missed out on that), Arabian Wildlife Centre in Sharjah (a bit of a drive for some but cheap to get in and it killed four hours today!). A stiff drink at the end of the day.

Play dates, mall trawl. Go to Dubai mall at 9am, no-one there, go onto level 1 and watch the fish and let them wander for an hour. Play gym, book store for another hour. Lunch and then home. :)
