oh it's anything on rice cake here or anything mixed with yoghurt! fickle little blighters!! yes ricecakes are a firm favourite too, we also discovered he'll eat anything out of a yogurt pottle, even if you remove all the yogurt first!

i used to give mine mashed potaoes, or i used to pipe the mased potatoes into small florets on a baking sheet and bake them till crispy that way he used to love eating on his own, u can do this with any mash though. small fruit salads with a bit of yogurt oats boiled till very thick than thin it out with some fresh carrot juice or orange juice or orange carrot juice hehe cauliflower and brocoli florets boiled till tender and than baked to get that bit of crispiness which al kids seem to love muffins, mine used to absolutely love muffins, used to make every time different ones, apple cinnamon, banana, forest fruit, plum, dates. u can use any fruit in it. baked pumpkin strips are also often a big hit plus its loaded with good stuff for them baked in aluminum foil or steamed cod with a bit of white sauce or parsley sauce to make it smoother carrot cake, with very very little sugar in it hope that helps a bit :)

Anything in a sandwich apparently (just fed DS the same brocolli and carrots he had just turned his nose up at by putting them between 2 slices of bread. :), can cook salmon fillet and puree with cream cheese and cooked corn for another good sandwich spread. Blueberry and banana muffins (no need for sugar), omlette/scambled egg as a finger food, sliced fruit..... oh it's anything on rice cake here or anything mixed with yoghurt! fickle little blighters!!

pancake... 3 tbsp flour 3 tbsp milk 1 egg makes a side plate size thick pancake, fill with whatever you have in the fridge and fold over, takes 5 mins, you can make some in the morning and take out with you as well.
