Please help. I'm in lots of pain right now well since yesterday. I couldn't sleep and I can hardly sit and will be on a 18 hour flight with my 18 month old tonight. Is there some kind of pain relief I can get. I sat in a warm bath last night for 15 minutes, it did relieve some pain but once I got out it still hurts. BTW I'm 7 months pregnant. I'm going to my doc today to check if I'm fit to fly and get a letter. Should I tell her? I'm worried she won't give me the letter because I'm in a lot of pain. TIA
