It all started on friday when DD had a mild cough and she was also sneezing. Yesterday, she developed fever. To which I put it down to teething. But I just saw red dots appearing on her feet and hands. What are those? Should I run to the docs?
please help.
ETA: i just checked her temperature, It's 37.1 degrees. She's acting all normal except a lil sensitive and clingy
