Recommendations for document attestation in the US?
After almost 7 years in Doha I now have to get my US marriage certificate attested. More than annoying...
Anyway, has anyone used an agency in the US to do this? It's a bit complicated since it has to be stamped first at the state level (in my case California) and then at the Federal level, before I can deal with getting the stamps from the US embassy in Qatar and then the Qatari Ministry of Interior.
I'm pretty happy to deal with the required stamps in Qatar on my own, but would love to find an agency in the US who can deal with the State and Federal stamps on that side. So, any recommendations?
I've posted this in the Doha forum too, but since I'm looking for info on the US side and there are more US expats in Dubai than in Doha, figured I'd ask here too.
