Boots sells it next to the prenatal vitamins but they often run out of it as it's very popular so if you find it buy at least 3 boxes (3 months worth) so that you'll be able to restock again. I've found it more successfully at the Burjuman Boots and Marina Mall. I've been taking it my whole pregnancy and will continue whilst breastfeeding too. Either I haven't suffered from "baby brain" or the Omega-3's have helped prevent it

I bought it in Dubai, albeit more than 1 year ago. If I remember correctly, I found it in DFC in one of the health/vitamin stores.
