Hi ladies,
Am currently in the Uk, due to fly out at the end of summer with my 3 newborns! Can anyone give me their advice on post natal care offered in Dubai? Do I pay for a set 'package' or just go to my local paediatrician for injections / health care visits? Thanks for any help / advice in advance.

Hi The City Hospital have post natal care. They have Mothers support groups once a month on Tuesday mornings and post natal exercise classes every wednesday morning on the top floor of the hospital. I think its 70dhs per class and includes a free dietitian appointment on your first session. I have been to a few of their exercise classes - they are really good, Its done by a physio so they know the good exercises to do with weak pelvic floor muscles. Babies are welcome to some also. They have normal gym equipment like treadmills bikes and cross trainers etc. Its all organized through the physiotherapy department. For vaccines its generally pay per vaccine. But some medical insurance polices cover them. I know Bupa and Daman do. Good luck with your move to Dubai with your 3 newborns!
