Pregnant- Help with first steps
Hi,
I am 7 weeks pregnant. This is my 2nd pregnancy as the first one ended in a miscarriage after 10 weeks. I would like to start my appointments but not sure where to start. I have read the postings on the forum and I think the American Hospital may be a good option for me as my insurance will pay everything. I called for an appointment and they can see me in 2 weeks. I don't really want to wait for 2 weeks and would like to have a scan and blood work earlier. Can I just go to FMC and get this done and then take it to the gyn? Also I am not sure if I should better go for an independant gyn and then have the delivery in the AH or go with the gyn at AH. Any pro's/con's?
Finally I know this has come up a couple fo times but if I were to go with an independant gyn, who could you ladies recommend? I am based from the Marina area and as said I think I would prefer the AH for delivery.
