I've just started getting the initial set of fertility tests done after TTCing for ages & my gynae is sending me for an HSG scan where (I think) they inject dye into you and do a scan of your uterus & tubes to check for blockages.
Just wanted to know really from anyone who's had it done, if it hurts much, how long roughly it takes etc. I'm not sure whether to take a day off work! My job is pretty desk-based but if I'm going to feel grotty or achy might be better to take a sick day? Thanks!
