What would you recommend buying from Europe for a new baby - price and quality wise?

I am currently pregnant (18+4) with our first and havent bought a single thing yet. It took us a little while to get here so have been very cautious with regards to forward thinking so far!
Anyway, I have seen on some threads here that many things are much cheaper in, for example, the UK if you buy online etc.
From experience, what would you recommend buying from there (online or otherwise) and do these places / websites provide shipping?
Would be very interested in hearing your experiences!
