Nappy rash
Hi Ladies. I have been using cloth nappies on DD since she was born. She is now 4 months old. For the past couple of weeks she has developed a red rash all over her bottom. It is not a pimply raised rash; more like a scald/sunburn very dry rash. I ordered CJs butter as it is cloth friendly and whilst it is helping with the dryness, it isn't clearing up the rash. She appears to be teething at the moment and I have heard that this can cause irritation. It doesn't seem to be build up on the nappies as they are not repelling or leaking and my washing routine has not changed. Any suggestions for creams etc? I would like to try something more natural before using something stronger. She does not appear to be too bothered by it even when changing her nappy but it looks awful! I use wet flannels for cleaning her bottom and make sure to dry her bottom carefully each time. Thanks in advance!
