URGENT HELP NEEDED.....

I am looking for some maternity insurance advice as me and my DH are planning to start with a family...I have gone through a lot of links on internet and on EW but still haven't figured a single thing out as we are planning to have the baby in dubai without any family help.....
I have shorten down on ADNIC and AXA but dont know which one is better in terms of inclusion of epidural,god forbid if the baby needs NICU....and many more such queries.....I also contacted the insurance brokers, Pacific Prime,but all in vain....they are the most arrogant people I have ever met in dubai coz the one agent who got in touch wid us dint reply back the guy who's number i found on EW, called him he dint repl back......and on top of it some area manger emailed us saying that we dont provide budget insurance...whereas when my DH emailed them it was written in bold letters that MONEY IS NOT THE MATTER....
I am so frustrated as I can not find the right insurance....we desperately want to have a child ....but cannot play with the child's safety since I had an abortion before and had some medical issue being in my home country it was easy in matters of docs and money but here I need help in both the case but firstly its insurance....
Please if any one has gone through this situtation....please help me and advise me with the insurance....OR else if anyone has just taken insurance recently help me...
