rolling over
i was just reading an article on babycenter about rolling over and crawling. ds used to roll over and then flip back on his back when he was 4 and a half month old. now he is nearing 7 month but has stopped turning back on his back after rolling. he just starts screaming or crying and we put him on his back. Am i slowing his development? sometimes i feel he knows that he'll scream and i will put him back so he does not make any effort. i tried encouraging by keeping his fav toys in front of him, by being on the tummy myself with him but he just keeps on screaming. i am not concerned for crawling,which he will do when he is ready, only for rolloing back and over. as soon as i lay him down he rolls but for coming back on his back he starts crying.
