I'm sorry to hear it's not better news. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. I hope you get some news either way soon.

Hi Flydiver. I really hope everything works out for you. I had 2 miscarriages which started like this. Heartbreaking. However, I had a heavy red bleed when I was 8 weeks pregnant last year. I passed several clots. Was ready for bad news. No cramping though. Had a scan and everything was fine. My daughter is now ten months old. I still don't know what happened and neither did my doctor. I don't want to give you false hope and waiting is awful but hang in there. You might get good news. If you don't get good news, I got pregnant immediately after a miscarriage with my daughter. Apparently you are very fertile after a miscarriage. Praying for you xx

Hi flydiver So sorry to hear you are going through this worry. I know a woman that had normal periods throughout her pregnancies and had healthy babies - her first pregnancy she didn't realise for months she was pregnant as she never missed a period. Call Dr Tazyeen, she is excellent at high risk pregnancies and won't just leave you to wait and see what happens if there is anything (injections etc) she can give you to help. http://www.drtazyeenobgyn.com/
