I had my second C section few months back and after my doctor checked me out started exercising mainly yoga. twice no w I've started bleeding after yoga ( although i did 2 hours at home with instructor) The first time i had overdone it and walked too much , went to docs had an ultrasound and it stopped after i took some medication. Just wondering is this normal as i didn't bleed very much after the op and it may be just the body shedding excess of whats left over . Ive booked an poointment with my gynae and my period came two weeks ago as well stopped and i started bleeding after exercise since last week.
