Moving to Dubai Cat quality of life

Me again-I have never been to Dubai first trip will be in May to start trying to get on top of our move. I want to bring our cat with us but having never been I just want to check that she will still have quality of life. She is a very independent cat and comes and goes as she pleases. She would go nuts if she had to become an indoor cat. I will obviously keep her in for the first month-6 weeks but I want to make sure that Dubai is a place that is safe for cats to be outside. She doesn't go too far from the house but loves to be out in the day and always comes home to sleep at night. Thank you for any advice. The kids and dog would be devastated if she doesn't come with us
