Anyone else noticed this??
With my first dummy I thought it was because I sterilized it in boiling water, it must have gotten in from somewhere......I threw that away and got the second one out and rather then sterilizing it in boiling water I boil the kettle and pour the water over the nipple for a bit but now after a few days water seems to have gotten into that too!!
That can't be right ......as far as I am aware it shud'nt be happening!

It's completely normal, I am not aware of any pacifier that are a "closed system" sort of speak, I've used Chicco, Avent and Nuk and they all get water in the nipple while washing. You just have to make sure you "suck in" enough clear water while rinsing and push it out so no soap remains in the nipple.

Yes, mine do that too, especially after they have been in the dishwasher. You can just squeeze the water out or have your baby do it for you whilst sucking. I don't see it as a problem.
