Shop and ship Aramex - feeling cheated!

Hi are there any shop and ship users? I've just started using this service to buy babies clothing. First time, my package was reweighed in Dubai and Aramex Dubai charged me less than the online quote (online weighed it as 0.9 kg when it was 0.3!!) second time, they followed the quote and weight online. When I asked to have it reweighed, they said the online quote was correct. However, I reweighed the package on my own and it is much less than that. My issue is not the money but the fact that they're overcharging me!! It's not right..anyone else experienced this? I'm contemplating on contacting the shop and ship team but I'm sure nothing will come out of it! Can you recommend any similar service that's reliable and efficient? Thanks!
