Pregnant - what do I do next?

We're relatively new to Dubai, only moved here last August, & I've just found out I'm pregnant with number 2. How are pregnancies handled in Dubai? Do I need to make an appointment with a GP first of all or a different type of Doctor? In the UK when I was pregnant with my first my docs weren't very interested until I was about 8 weeks or so & then I was booked in with a midwife, but I know they don't have midwives here. Who do you have appointments with throughout your pregnancy? A GP or a OBGYN? & does anyone know how they manage potential risks here? I got preeclampsia with my first pregnancy so want to check that I'd be closely monitored this time. Thanks for your help.
