Iheartjing: First of all, your sponsor cannot just kick you out of the house. They carry a responsibility for you. As for who pays the ticket, that depends on who your sponsor is, in your case either your employer, or the agency. Check your contract for the details. Your sponsor is responsible for buying your ticket back home at the end of the contract. And lastly: your sponsor cannot transfer, let alone sell you to another sponsor without your consent. If I were you I would take Saralou's advice and contact your embassy. Good luck.

To ms.gorobattie I respect ur comment about me, to be honest also i ask a permission in my sponsor about my marriage since b4,, Second i faithful do all my work and duties as a housemaid/nanny as well and i want to finish my contract also. my sponsor not giving day off even i know as per on labour law as domestic helper we allow to off. Then about late it just accidentally my balance is finish thats y i cannot call them but the time i came in the house i direct to go with her and explain but the thing is she not accept that and blaming others thing that below the belt... now she kick me out of the house... and about to my fiance we using skype and fb to keep in touch... only my question here is? If they kick me out in the house and they dont like me to come back of course they are the reponsible to bring me back in my home country right? And also they have no right to sell me in other sponsor to work... unless they bring me back in the agency wer he get me To all the people who comment in my post i really appriciate it i am greatful and thankful for all ur advise...

Couldn't resist looking at your previous posts about the same problem with your employer, you stated you don't go out in your off days that's why you come to this board asking for someone to help you get out of your contract, then posted again that your employer doesn't approve your engagement to your Sri Lankan fiancé after 4 years relationship - how did you stay in touch despite unable to go out even in your off days?- then now this post, that you and your fiancé are doing some paperwork to finalise your marriage, and that's why you've been out late..... To be honest: you didn't want the job, fair enough, you could say that straight to your employer, and contact your consulate- hence you can go out in your off days- and you choose to ruin your last contract by getting yourself into this mess. If you had a problem with your employer; you won't run around getting married, you'll sort out your job first, and now being in this mess by your own acts, I'm sorry I can't find sympathy for your ordeal, and you should now know what would happen if you don't say your expectations and honour your obligations, so next time you get a job anywhere in the world: be honest, and respect your obligations, after all you signed the contract no one else. Good luck in your trip home and all the best in your marriage preparations.

Whats done is done and can't be changed but learn a lesson from there. Had you Informed your madam about you being late, situation would be different. Its not clear who is your sponsor. If your employer is sponsoring you and has two homes, they can ask you to go to other home. If you are working through an agency, agency has the choice to assign you another client. Obviously you have a choice to accept to quit.

To answer your question: yes, the sponsor buys you a ticket to your home country, it's as per thier discretion, they can buy you a direct flight or they can bump you from flight to flight until you reach home. I suggest you take it as learned lesson, if you are going to be late you should call in advance and explain your situation, but going radio silent and expect your boss or employer to just take this attitude AFTER you are already late.. That's not proffissional at all.

Gud day admin Last week me and madam arguing bcoz im late to came back home bcoz me n my fiance try to fix some document to get married here in dubai, so wen i came back home ask i go direct to her room and tell her im already der and ask y she get angry to me,, iexplain my side but she not accept until she tell to me something wrong then i feel angry and i go down then im not go up again,,, now my problem is she said to me pack my thing and go the driver sent me in their other house here now in deria house, i tell already to my boss i come back and i finish my contract then my madam said she will not accept me anymore then i decide to go back in my country... the question is if they reject me to work again so the sponsor sent me back in my home nicely right... they are the one who buy ticket for me going back...
