Its a complete racket. I received an email from their complaints department - apparently, all you have to do is accidentally hit the play button on one of their advertisements and you are automatically subscribed - and the subscription continues to renew itself until you happen to notice that they are taking it off your bill.
For some reason, I keep getting subscribed to Bounce Games. Essentially, they take 10 dirhams a week off my Etisalat bill. The last time it happened, I noticed it on my Etisalat bill and I complained to Etisalat and they cancelled it for me. This time, it started on the 17th of March and they've taken 20 dirhams so far. Luckily I noticed it amongst all the spam texts I get - usually I just delete anything not personal.
Does anyone know what this is or how they seem to be able to subscribe me without my permission?
