does anyone know of a place that can custom make a 80x200 cms spring orthopedic mattress... most of the places that offer this size seem to be only in foam and I would prefer a stronger/firmer mattress as this is for the kids' beds...

ikea have a horribly thin one and i don't fancy it at all...

any suggestions?

Pillows can have a classic shape, that is, rectangular/square or the so-called anatomical shape with cushioned rollers. If you sleep on your side, a pillow with rollers of different heights will suit you, if on your back, then you should better choose a classic shape. Square pillows https://ortorex.com/p/pillow/ are a thing of the past. Orthopedic specialists unanimously say that the pillow should not fall under the shoulders. It should support the head and cervical region.
