Hello,

Is there a secret to having your emails returned? I am so tired of reaching out to business in the area and not having messages returned. I have messaged people expressing interest in spending actual money and yet... nothing. I have tried using shorter sentences and being less detailed. Nothing. More detailed. Nothing. I just can't understand why people even bother putting their email or "contact us" form on their webpage. Is there a secret that I am missing?

Feeling frustrated. :(

Tell me about it! I've been sooo frustrated this week with suppliers that don't respond to emails. I recently emailed our printing supplier for a quote for some business cards. After no response (and 2 further emails asking for updates) I managed to contact them by phone to be told that they can only print a certain amount. Why did they they wait until I called them instead of just replying to my email?! Arghhh! Honestly, I don't know how businesses keep afloat here.

Yes they are useless, I made a complaint not that recently to kcal about a delivery, no one has responded, sent message on Facebook and their official email. I complained about a delivery that took 90 minutes and the food looked and tasted disgusting once it arrived and because you can pay with credit card when you order they don't care as it's already paid for. Well they lost a customer for life, they never been amazing, but I ordered every now and then purley because they have the calorie amount on their food, which is handy while on a diet.
