We are moving to Sharjah from New Zealand with 5 and 8 year old kids.We are looking for a good school in Sharjah. Does anyone have any recommendation please? It would be nice to hear from mothers who have kids in the school.

Is there a KHDA rating for Sharjah? ValGal. I could not find any such rating for Sharjah schools. We are focusing on VISS as we think it is nice to live around this area. Kids love playing in the beach and may be able to walk to school. Does any one have your kids in this school? I would appreciate if you could share your impression and your children's views about this school. Thank you.

We are moving to Sharjah from New Zealand with 5 and 8 year old kids.We are looking for a good school in Sharjah. Does anyone have any recommendation please? It would be nice to hear from mothers who have kids in the school. My two girls went to the Sharjah English School (reputably the best) and had three fantastic years there. My elder daughter, who was an introvert, made so many friends and the teaching staff are really excellent.

Thank you for your response. I talked with VISS they do not have vacancy in KG2 for my 5 year old, but they can accommodate my 8 year old. We like both kids to go to the same school. If we can find a preschool near VISS that would be sufficient.We like living near the sea and really like kids to walk to school. I know it is really hot in Sharjah and this may not be practical. I have heard of an Australian International School in Sharjah. Does anyone have any experience with them? Could I please have some impressions from other mothers who have kids in either of these 2 Australian schools. I am open to other schools, not necessarily Australian or NZ.
