Hi,can u pls tell me what happened to ur case?i m going through hell too.i had the surgery in india after the birth of my second girl.paid so much.he used Allergan silicon implants.he told me they last 10 years.now less then 4 years later it ruptured.it happened in march.but my family is in serious financial problems & i don't want them to suffer bcz of me.but the pain is becoming unbearable.allergan is the one that bought out pip.i have been requesting allergan office & surgeon to help me but they keep sending mails back & forth while i m dying with pain.did u file a case? I can't even do that since i had the surgery in india but the surgeon is in dubai every month.

I'm rather sceptical about this. I saw the OP's previous posts and the Dr she named and I don't believe her. I used the same Doc for my boobs and have Mentor, supported by the serial numbers that came with each implant and all the cards and support materials. The Dr is very highly recommended over here and I have been more than happy with his treatment ever since and I had mine done over 4 years ago. He is aligned to high end clinics and also Royal Colleges, hence my scepticism.

Be very careful bad mouthing a surgeon on here You do know that defamation is illegal and if someone at his surgery saw this and reported it you could be in big trouble I've already highlighted this and Admin have removed several of her posts, but she keeps posting it. She doesn't seem to understand that by naming and shaming publicly, the surgeon could bring a case against HER and it could invalidate her legal case. Oh well.

Hope you get the justice soon and thanks for warning us.. People who has same issue againts this doctor should all go together and file a group case to refrain other ladies in such health hazard scenarios and review whether he still qualified to hold his license.

They "urgently" need to remove the breast implants because it's a ticking time bomb in a woman body since the PIP BREAST IMPLANTS contain toxic chemicals used in mattresses and not approved for human use. And that can lead to a serious health problem, chemical poisoning, since the toxic chemicals in the fraudulent shells can seep out into surrounding body tissues and migrate into body organs. I cannot believe that a Doctor is betraying clients just because of making more money!!!

You can file a case against him through MOH ministry of health. You have proof of payments which you can show the MOH.

:evil: betrayed me over surgery! I did breast augmentation by a plastic surgeon. We agreed about using Mentor implants, 250 cc and that was what I payed for. The doctor cheated me in putting the faulty PIP implants under my breast. These implants are made from unauthorized silicon fillers made from industrial silicon and be taken of the market after a worldwide scandal. He did that on purpose just to make some extra profit/ money out of the surgery since the cost of these implants were approx 50% less. I figured it out because I faced serious health problems and needed to remove the implants. After I contacted him in this regards my file at the clinic suddenly disappeared. I am in the process of going legal and I can just warn you.
