It will be great, Sharjah housing is cheaper than Dubai. Search dubizzle for rental accommodation, same for used cars but beware to check it out with a mechanic prior to purchase. If you'd like a new one, any car dealership will help. Cost of living will depend on what you spend your money on...food can be from AED800 a month depending what you eat, where you buy it from, you buy in bulk or go every other day, your work gets you lunch, etc...
