FF MOTOR CITY
Dear All,
I was given a free fitness voucher from my friend for FF. I chose Motor City's FF for the convenience. When I arrived they asked for my phone number then asked me to have a seat. It did say on the voucher I would have a 15-minute consultation. The young Filipino male employee tried to convince me to buy a membership. I explained to him I was going home for the summer and I would be interested in a membership when I return. He continued to try to convince me but when all else failed he said I could not use the voucher to work out. His reason was the voucher was old, I said, there is no expiration date how do you know it is old? He said you were a member here before the voucher is only for first-time visitors. I finally said to him, I think it is time for me to leave thanks for the great customer service. It was very humiliating and I think an embarrassment for FF Motor City. Please buy your membership at the other branches this branch does not deserve our money!!
It is a shame how one employee can ruin an entire establishment and experience.
Disappointed and turned off!!
