I am a bit clueless as I have never been in the situation but what is the most affordable option for a visitor (no emirates ID or residence visa) to obtain a temporary sim card with data and be able to connect their laptop to the internet if there is no wifi where they are staying? I have contacted Virgin Mobile and they only provide these services if you have a visa or Emirates ID.

Sim card to be used in an Iphone and then needs to connect to the internet on her laptop but there is no wifi where she will be staying.
