Non-Saudi citizen students interested in pursuing higher education in the kingdom can apply for the Saudi Arabia international student visa, announced the Ministry of Education (MoE) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).
The Study in Saudi Arabia portal was revealed during Riyadh's Human Capacity Initiative conference, which was held on February 28 and 29 at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center. It was designed to streamline the process for students both inside and outside of the country.

You can apply online for a Saudi Arabia international student visa by visiting the official Study in Saudi Arabia portal. The website is available in Arabic, English, French, and other select languages.

- Create an account on Study in Saudi Arabia.
- On the portal, choose the programme of interest.
- Receive your acceptance letter.
- Fill in the international students educational visa application.
The new international student visa provides non-citizens a smoother application process for admissions into universities based in Saudi Arabia. The student visa grants access to short-term academic, research, and training programmes in the kingdom, as well as long-term study and research opportunities.
The launch of the new international student visa is part of the country's Vision 2030, and aims to develop the education sector and attract talented individuals to live, work, and/or study in Saudi Arabia.
