The annual Saudi International Bakery and Pastry Expo (SIBP) returns for its 2019 run, and this time it's promising to be even bigger than before. Organised by the Saudi Grains Organisation (SAGO), SIBP welcomed over 18,000 local and international visitors, featured more than 300 brands and 80 companies,

Chef competition
The Ultimate Bakery and Pastry Chef Competition will feature regional and global confectioners coming together to showcase their exemplary baking skills. Organised by the World Association of Chef’s Societies (WACS) and hosted by the world-renowned chef Thomas Gugler, it's an enticing event sure to catch the attention and appreciation of the food-loving crowd at SIBP. The colourful and delicious baked treats will be drizzled with a tinge of competitive spirit.
Business matchmaking program
As productive and rewarding as it is to circle the crowds, network with other chefs and pastry professionals, sample vibrant sweets, and find top-of-the-line cooking tech - we all know how exhausting it can be to walk miles inside large expos. Thankfully SIBP will be having a Business Matchmaking Program, an in-house service guaranteed to make it easier for visitors and exhibitors to find exactly what they're looking for at the event.
