Looking forward to joining this on the 4th, be nice to meet new friends having only been here 3weeks and not been far in that as been so hot, just Been getting used to living around the apartment, and trying to get to grips with the driving!!! Ready for school starts on Sunday :-) just you wait until all the schs go back and then its even worse.... not too bad at the mo!!!!

I know coffee shops are closed but the restaurants in most of the hotels are open. Let me know if you fancy a coffee if you're going a bit stir crazy like me! : ) Hi All, I'm in the same position. Had a great coffee morning today 31 ladies joined me, was such a happy bunch, lots of new ladies, and we are now established with our core group of regular coffee morning'ers... was great to meet you all, seemed like everyone made new friends, and lots of information was passing round. Anything you have still to find out about, places to go and do things and find things, where to go and how to do stuff, ask on this forum, theres always someone who can help you out with information, tips and comments.

Hi ladies! My family and I will be moving out to Abu Dhabi in March. My husband is out in Muscat now training for his new job and then we will all move out as a family sometime in March, not sure when yet. I am looking forward to coming to the coffee mornings to meet you all. We are coming from the UK, although I am an American, been living in the UK for 5 years now. I'm excited to start this new phase of our lives!!

Hey Tracey, I don't know if children are welcome. I am new and will try to make it to the meeting and my 1.5 YO is coming along. If I feel like he is too much to handle we'll just leave. And Nathalie, I am not dutch, I am brazilian actually, but I also have a 1.5 who is in desperate need of some friends and a playdate. Maybe we can meet and have the kids play together. let me know what you think. And I hope to see you all.
