hi ladies,
hope you are doing well,
my kid was born in 29-4-2015, I want to ask any of you who know in these issues, according to her date of birth, which year she will start school. as I know she will be eligible for fs1 in sep 2018, however, my friends girl is smaller than mine by 6 months and she will start fs1 in sep 2017.
I don't want my daughter to start late or to be big in her class, is there any solution?

There is no way a child born in Oct 2015 can start FS1 in 2017 September. Only kids born before December 2014 qualify officially to begin FS1 in 2017. Some British schools have a cut off of August 31 2014 as the deadline for children who can begin FS1 in 2017. There is a KHDA rule which says that if a child will 3 by the December of the year they start school, they can be allowed to enrol. Your daughter will be in the right frame to start FS1 in Sep 2018.
